Eat something light. Many a times, your headache could be a result of not eating or skipping meals. Go in for a healthful break. You might eat a fresh fruit, salads, sprouts or oatmeal as a snack. Do not go in for instant energy foods like chocolates or coffee. These foods spike your sugar levels, which causes you feel nauseatic. You may also go for a walk in your neighborhood. Breathing fresh oxygen rejuvenates your cerebral cortex and will even help in revisiting your headache.

Remember the period of pregnancy is one when you have to be intensely careful about everything. Each single act can have negative impacts so it must be properly investigated. Be really careful when you try to treat headaches during pregnancy.
